TAMU = Sophisticated & Sweet. Born in Queens, NY, Monica has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and envisioned owning a restaurant. Knowing nothing about cooking, she purchased cookbooks and began experimenting. She learned two things: to cook and America loves to eat! She loved having family events at her house. Monica's fascination with cupcakes unraveled in a dream. She immediately woke up, started baking, and her mother purchased her a dainty cupcake carrier for her to tote her cupcakes to work. Receiving raving reviews, her co-workers said: "These cupcakes are so good, it makes me wanna slap my mama," and, "Oh my God, it has real apples inside!" Inspired by the positive feedback, she continued baking as family, friends, and co-workers encouraged her to start a cupcake business. In May of 2016, Tamu Cupcakery was born! Welcome to Tamu Cupcakery, LLC, where every batch of our cupcakes in Cape Coral is made from scratch. Our goal is to create happiness in every bite, and we proudly serve the best cupcakes in Cape Coral, FL, and all of Florida!
